All Three Chicks orders are sent via United States Postal Service.

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS:
Three Chicks Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping/item insurance can be purchased at checkout. In the event that a package is lost in transit, we'll try our best to help you recover and track down your package. Three Chicks Candle Co. is not responsible for any items lost in transit.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
In the event that a package was not delivered because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to reship your package.
